The long-distance running group has been forced to cancel practice not once, not twice, but THREE times because of the arctic chill. Our bodies were tired of the weather dictating our health habits, so we took matters into our own hands. The answer: YOGA! Some of us were a little skeptical at first, but Ms. Smith was right--it's super hard and an awesome workout. Here's our YouTube workout that was juuuuuust what we needed. We're thinking we'll make this a monthly thing because we loved it so much.
