Here are some random happy things that represent how we feel after our two days of testing...we couldn't decide our favorites, so we're posting them all:
Happiness #1: Simon came in from Oklahoma and surprised us. Ms. Smith cried...but they were happy tears.
Happiness #2: We discovered that Ms. Smith's dog--the Mitchasaurus--is a breathing version of the gas-powered Google Robot. Ms. Smith cried again...this time because she couldn't stop laughing.
Happiness #3: The miniature zen garden given to Ms. Smith after she passed her graduate school verbal comps. Thanks, Dr. Saunders...we love it!
Happiness #4: Crunch-time-champion-sashes were cool. And no, you're not seeing double--the twins dominated in two blocks. #Joshuaphotobomb
Happiness #5: Neuryth brought Bebe Alvin to the Hive after hours. We think we're going to make his visits a regular occurrence. Ms. Smith thinks his middle name should be "Smith"...we're letting her think this is a possibility.
Happiness #6: Tonight, Ms. Smith goes to a fancy party where she is a finalist! It's called Austin Under 40 and we want her to win the whoooooole thing. Some of us even wrote her a recommendation letter to let them know how we felt. BM and RR picked out a pretty necklace to go with her dress and we think she'll look fabulous. Good luck, Ms. Smith! You're already a winner to us!
That's all folks! We hope it brought some happiness to your day. #NOTaCEO
